Each physician or practice is an independent contractor. RPA does not engage in the medical treatment of patients, is not involved in the decisions made by physicians regarding treatment and does not direct or supervise care provided. The physicians who have contracted with RPA are neither agents nor employees of RPA.  No apparent or actual agency exists between RPA and physicians contracted with RPA.
