There may be times when your primary care physician believes you require the services of an RPA specialist physician or other specialist care provider in the RPA Care Network. RPA has over 250 specialists contracted throughout one of our seven partner hospitals. Seeing any one of them requires a referral prior to the visit. Your RPA primary care physician or Woman’s Principal Health Care Provider will generate the referral for you.

Referrals are electronically submitted. RPA physicians utilize a Provider Portal to insure that all referrals are sent to in-network doctors. Our network specialists also have access to the portal to guarantee your co-pay is accurate.
